I have had this for about a year now. It is weird because I'll get rid of it on one eye and it will come back in another. I used vitamin E cream but it made my eyes water. More expensive eye creams are too harsh for my eyes. I got cortizone cream from the doctors but it is only making things worse

My eczema is my worst enemy!! I can't think straight, I'm unable to sleep properly, I usually stress alot and get really angry about it. And the worst thing is I have to cover up this sore, red patches all over my body so nobody can see my scars and boils. I hate it!!!!!! BE GONE!!!!!!!!!!!
I've had eczema since I was a baby. I'm sixteen now!!!!!

I think I may have found a cure for eczema around my eyes! I have had a constant problem with eczema on my eyelids and under my eyes for about 6 years. i had tried everything with limited success, and then all of a sudden it completely cleared up about 2 months ago. I have been wracking my brains trying to work out what I have been doing differently, and eventually figured out that the only change in my lifestyle is that I have started eating much more oily fish (ie. about 4 times a week). I decided to look up 'eczema' and 'oily fish' on google and there's loads of sites saying that fish oil/omega 3 helps with eczema, so I have concluded that this probably is what has cured my problem.
Maybe it won't work for everyone, but if you've tried everything else I reckon it's got to be worth a try - either by eating more fish or by taking fish oil supplements.

I have tried everything for my 4 year old son and came up with something that has indeed helped, even after all the doc visits,I did some research and this is what Ive found that is presently helping him as of today
I use WITCH HAZEL to cleanse his skin with a cotton ball on the the excezma areas and then follow with ZINC cream which if you have heard of A&D cream is pretty much the same ingredients. Its for diaper rashes, poison ivy suffers which helps stop the oozing and dries up the flares.Keep using ,within a week you will see the difference.Continue to use the Witch Hazel, its all natural..

I had a very red face under the eyes and on the side of my face, I started using Aqueous Calamine Cream (care) the reddish has gone and my face feels a lot better. Di

I've started putting green tea tea bags in my drinking water and my skin has started to look a lot better. Hope this helps.

finally the hospital appointment came round and i went, waited 4 months for 5 mins with the doc. he gave he a fungal cream, aqeuos cream and a new cream called elidel. elidel has worked wonders, however i looked it up and some ppl are saying it causes cancer. so im using a very small amount.

Hello,
I seem to have found a cure since my last post- The skin shop's dry eye gel. It apparenlty has a natural steroid type ingredient in - who knows. All I know is that I reacted to everything except Dermalogica's barrier repair which was great but I'd still get the odd outbreak. I haven't had one in a good couple of months which could be a conincidence but I'm happy so far and at £6.99 it's cheap. Give it a dry.

Hi dee
I think that there is only so much that honey, oil, creams etc can do for eczema.
Mine only started getting better when I made some changes to my lifestyle.
Have you made any changes to your diet or your lifestyle?

hi, dee here again.
Been using manoka honey whilst asleep, washes of easily in the morning and isnt really as sticky as you would think. Did help a little as the affected areas dont seem as bad in the morning, i think i need to use honey with a higher manoka factor in it. Also have tried coconut oil which had similar effect to manoka honey.
My eczema seems to get worse whilst at work i think its because of the air conditioning. Have an appointment in a few weeks with a dermatoligist (as im sure you all have had) will see what he says.

Hi im 27 yr old male and have eczema on my eyelids and under both eyes - left eye especilly which is spreading down my cheek, its always dark and sometimes puffs up red. Had it mildly about 5 yrs ago and it cleared up with this ointment very quickly but the same ointment didnt work this time round. Tried many creams which did nothing went down the steroid cream route for a few months but then stopped. Doc prescribed 'QV Cream' which does stop the itching but not much else. Will be trying mannuka honey tonight, will keep you posted.

I have been suffering from ezcema around the eyes since about a year ago.The first case of it lasted for about 4 months,it just wouldnt go away.I couldnt go out or put make up on it just made it look worse. The doc gave me cortisone and i keep using that, when i stop,it comes back.I have dark circles and they seem reddish all the time.I also use E45 ceam to relieve the dryness.I think i have an allergy to sacilyic ingredients in some creams.I am really at the end of my tether.

I'm 34 years old and have had problems with eczema all around my eyes for about 3 years. I had a baby recently and it completely went away while I was pregnant but came back a few weeks after I had my daughter. So I wonder if it's perhaps an allergy. I have lots of allergies including ones which cause various skin problems such as acne and rashes, and some of them got better or worse when I was pregnant so I'm thinking this could maybe be one of them. My brother in law saw a dermatologist about eczema around his eyes and was told it was a nickle allergy. Has anyone else heard this? I have tried to avoid contact with nickle but it's very difficult as it's in just about all metal belts, jewellery, make up, etc and a lot of foods. I'm going to try some of the suggestions here and see how I get on.

I switched all my make up to hypoallergenic Boots No 7 and in combination with the skin shop dry eye gel I've had virtually no excema. I don't wear eyelid makeup at work anymore, I just put it on to go out in the evening and make sure I remove all of it at night and so far I've had no problems.

Do not put anything on your eyes, your most sensititve part of your body, because infact all these creams and moisturisers only make things worse. Your scratching layers of your skin off, and moisturising a raw layer. After 3months of this, i gave up on everything, it doesn't do well for your self-esteem and i was feeling pretty shit about it. So.., for three days, i put nothing on them, apart from water. Healed like a miracle. Natural.

i've had this problem above my left eyelid for over 2 months now and now it's spread under my eye.
thank you so much for all your advice - I couldn't agree more that the steroids make it worse. I thought it was just me and kept trying it but after reading your comments I will be trying something else. Thankyou so much!!! ps does anyone have a hypoallergenic makeup range they can recommend?

Hello,
I had eczema as a child but managed to get rid of it for over 20 years with nothing at all. I then started getting it back again a couple of years ago for no apparent reason and have been suffering with it off and on ever since. Just when I think I’ve found the trigger like biological washing powder or hairspray I have another attack and cannot get to grips with what the cause is. It seems to change too. It’s always just on my little finger and eyes but now the symptoms have changed from itchy, red then scaly either on the eyelid or underneath the eye to now spreading around my around and really burning. It almost looks like sunburn.
Dr’s are no help and fob you off with hydrocortisone which only helps temporarily and isn’t wise to use on the thinnest part of your face – the eyes which apparently absorb it at 30% making it much harsher here than anywhere else on the body. Dermologica barrier repair used to be the only thing I could put on but even now that doesn’t stop it. I’m pulling my hair out.
As it’s just on my right hand and both eyes I’m trying to think what it could be – hair products, toothpaste and then I wonder could it be my CONTACT LENSES? Perhaps they have changed what they put in them and I’m reacting to that as I was allergic to eye drops when I was younger which I no longer use. Has anyone ever heard of allergies to contact lenses all of a sudden??? I use focus dailies.
Thanks very much.

I have been using the Skin Shops dry eye gel for just under a year now and I too can report excellent results with it.

I've been getting this for about 6 years and it comes and goes about 5 times a year. However, I recently tried the Skin Shop's Dry Eye Gel (it's got something called Cardiospernum in it) and it's made my eyes look relatively normal in about a day...I used to just use E45 and vaseline, but that usually took a week to show improvement and it tends to make my eyes look diseased and greasy. This Skin Shop stuff works a charm. I've only been using it since Thursday so I'll report back in a few months to see if it has kept the dreaded eczema eyes at bay. Fingers crossed.

Badger healing balm has really cleared up the eczema around my eyes. You can get it from boots for under £5. It cleared up the eczema on my chin as well, which was starting to get really flakey.

Hi everyone, just a quick update. Body Shops's Hemp face Protector is amazing! I tried it the other day and my eczema on my eyes has already gone! and my skin is so soft now!! I think it's even better than the Mt Romance Damage Control because it's a lot softer on the skin, and doesnt look like you have a crazy infection! It's also a lot cheaper at £7.80 for 50ml!!

I'm 18 and have suffered from eczema since i was a baby! but i've only had it on my eyes for the past 5 or 6 years, and it generally gets much worse in the winter months. The doctor first prescribed me hydrocortisone, but this just made my eyelids thinner, and did nothing to help the eczema. Now i have to be very careful with my eyes because the skin is so thin.
About 3 years ago I found my god send...Mount Romance Damage Control. We had just moved to australia and we found it in a local shop, it was only $12.99 so we thought i may as well try it. Within days the dry flaky skin had gone, and a week later my eyes were back to normal. It's made from natural ingredients and has sandalwood, peppermint and tea tree in it. Its stings like hell when you first put it on your rough sore dry skin, but its well worth the initial pain!! And after a while it stops stinging and starts soothing. You have to keep putting it on quite regularly, and it looks really disgusting and stick and gloopy, but it works! I put big clumps of the stuff on before i go to bed, and let it work its magic overnight, coz if im going out in the day with it on, people look at me weird coz it looks like ive got a nasty infection. It truly is my saviour in the winter months, and it smells incredible too! people always remark on the nice scent coming from me when i have it on haha! i'd recommend it to anyone with eczema on the eyelids!
You can order it on the internet if you don't live in australia, and also, if you get it, make sure you shake the tube lots before you squeeze it out as it should be gloopy not runny. I now use this on all of my eczema, not just the eczema on my eyes, and its amazing! Be warned; do not get it IN your eyes...it stings like crazy!! Hope this helps!

My 11 year old son suffers from dryness and redness around his eyes. He does a lot of swimming so we thought it may be a change of chlorine/chemicals in the pool. For the past year we've had problems with his eyes and dryness around his neck. We have been to the doctor and tried Diprobase for the last 6 weeks which gets rid of some of the dryness but not the redness. I read this website last week and decided to try Mannuka Honey rather than go back to the doctors. After 3 days there is a noticable difference in his eyes, it really is amazing. Ok he has to put up with sticky eyes at night and rinse his hair in the morning, but he looks so much better. I get him to eat 1/2 teaspoon a day. The honey is pretty expensive but Sainsbury's sell their own brand 10+ for £6.99 which is the cheapest I have found. I really do recommend trying the honey.

I have this same extremely annoying, frustrating and distressing problem. I would recommend trying Lush's Enchanted Eye Cream - it is the only thing that has ever worked for me other than steroids. It is reasonably expensive but I have found it a godsend. within a few days my eyes looked normal again and the itchiness was gone.

I have been suffering with eczema on the eyelids for the pasttwo years, it just suddenly started, i had never had any skin problems before this. My doctor gave me Canesten hydrocortisone cream, which helped for a day or so, then was back with a vengegence. I now use Eunobase water based moisturisor, although it dos nt cure it , cools my lids down and stops the iching for a while. I Won t use te steroid cream any more as my lids seem baggy some days , i guess from the steroid use. I am going to buy some Mannuka honey today, an give that a try ......fed up with looking like ive been crying all the time.

Lisa, have you thought about changing your shampoo and conditioner to a sensitive/hypoallergenic brand?
Since I did this I have noticed a huge improvement in my eye excema and other people report improvements too. It occurs much less frequently now and is not so severe. Check out the 'skinshop' on the internet. I get all my eye creams, body washes and shampoos from here and they really seem to work. The shampoos etc sold on the high street are too severe for sensitive skin.

I've recently started to have eczema appear on my face. I'm 18 years old and have never had it on my face before. It's under both eyes and it is very red and sore. It look's as if i've been punched. If i rub my eyes during my sleep due to the itchinrss i cant open my eyes properly the next day. This is really starting to upset me now and i try to avoid leaving the house, but at times i have to and i cover half my face with my fringe. Does anyone have any suggestions to help get rid of the eczema under my eyes? I've tried many creams, they dont seem to work. I've been told not to use hydrocortisone as it is too strong for the skin on your face.

i have the eczema on my arms and around my eyes, howvwer it is much worse on one eye. i cant use anything more that johnsons baby moisturiser on my face because my skin is so sensetive and at the moment i am using aloe vera gel on my eyes which does not stop the swelling directly but soothes the itching which means i do not scratch them! anything else i have tried on my eyes seems to irritate them apart from sudocrem which stopped the weeping, soreness and itching but seemed to make my eyes very dry. my doctor thought i had an allergy to lanolin so i cut this out but still no improvements. i think i may try the chinese doctor i am sick of this i have to style my fringe so it covers up my eyelid becayse i look like i have been punched
it would be such a relief to be free from this.

I'm a 30 year old female and also have this very frustrating problem that certainly impacts on my life. My eyelid excema only started a few yrs ago, at first intermittently and then all the time! I have changed all my makeup and facial moisturisers to a hypoallergenic brand. I have only used hydrocortisone a few times due to the potential side effects. I have just started using cardiospermum eye gel and so far so good. As soon as you put it on the eyelids it cools them and miraculously stops the itching! The gel absorbs quickly and my eyelids still feel a bit dry so I use a paraffin only emollient afterwards on the dry bits. But certainly to control the itching this cardiospermum gel is great. Hope it lasts!

i have eczema on my face: around my eyes on my chin, the top of my nose and unde rmy nose. It is really annoying me as im 17 and can not put on makeup becuase it goes all crusty. therefore most of the time i am staying in my house. I hate it !. i have noly had it for year and half, the doctor has gave me double base , but it doesnt seem to work

About four weeks ago I decided to try going to a chinese doctor. My eyes had been red and itchy, the lids swollen and sore since November. And I've had several forms of eczema since I was about four years old. I've always had allergies and had asthma as a kid. Starting last November I was doing a lot of baking etc. for Thanksgiving and Christmas and eating it too. I also baked over 100 cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. That's when everything got WORSE!!!!
I tried cutting things out of my diet and taking tons of vitamins. I still had the painful puffy eyes and looked horrible. My best friend was going to a chinese doctor of chiropractic because she was in severe pain all over her body, had heavy metal poisoning and parasites. She now feels twenty years younger btw. So I went to him and it's amazing. He said I may even start to lose weight! Now that would be cool.
I highly suggest to anyone suffering from any type of eczema that they find a traditional chinese doctor who uses muscle testing. He said I have a fungus, it's internal in the intestine, and that I had some mercury poisoning. So, he gave me some chinese herbal tea he brewed, first week to remove the mercury, second week I was feeling sick and he gave me some immune support tea, third and fourth week I've been on a tea to kill the fungus.
About one week ago I started seeing great improvement. My eyes looked completely normal! The itching and weeping where I scratched were gone! I still have a bit of rash on my legs and fingers, but he said about one more week and that will be gone. Of course, if I had been better and stayed away from white sugar and refined flour I would be getting better more quickly. My tcm doctor told me how bad sugar is for my liver, that's why I wasn't able to sleep, my liver is working overtime. The liver needs support to be able to remove the toxins from our system.
PEOPLE! Listen to this. It's so important. Find someone who can help you cleanse your system and stay away from sugar and white flour. Do some online research and find a traditional chinese medicine doctor or chiropractor in your area. It's not scary at all. It shouldn't be costly. My visit was $35 including the tea.
I took my three year old who had eczema all over her body and she is looking amazing after only a few days. I'm taking my 18 month old this weekend to see if she has a fungus too. The fungus is the culprit and can be gotten rid of.
Please take all this under consideration...you don't have to suffer anymore.
Other things I tried that helped a bit before I went to my new doc: Nyzorel shampoo, washed my eyelids with it to prevent itching (careful of stinging), Boiron calendula gel, very soothing, took high doses of vitamin C, started a colon cleanse (lost 5 pounds) and still drink lots of water to flush toxins.
I hope this helps you. Email me for my doctor's info if you want to contact him directly.

This may sound strange but I had this same issue for the first time a few months ago and battled it for over 2 months. I finally realized it was related to my shampoo. I had always used natural, gentle shampoos and when I moved in with my boyfriend I started using his shampoo. (He was using Selsen Blue) Once I realized what was happening and changed back to my natural shampoo the issue went away. I was NOT using shampoo on my face but I think the vapors from having it on my head and also rubbing my face with my hands after I had shampooed my head were the cause of this. While I had the rash everything seemed to make it worse and since I have had it, it seems my skin is even more sensitive then before. My skin was always very sensitive but it seems worse now. I have not had any problems with it recently but I am very cautious what I put on my face. I agree with the post about calendula creams. I try to use lotion and shampoos with this as the main ingredient, as it really seems to sooth the skin. I also try to use only organic, all natural baby products as they seem to be the least harsh. Hope this helps someone because I know what a terrible thing this is to go through and how it deeply can effect your life. -Michelle

I am at my wits end. I have been suffering with this problem for over a year now on my eyelids and below my eyes. However, i think the biggest mistake i made was using the coristone creams. At first these cured the problem within a day or two. But when i stopped using it the rash would come back within a day or two, dry red and itchy as hell.So it became a vicious circle where the coristone was the only thing that would give me any relief and make me look normal for a while. Now a year later i am still using the coristone cream, even though i know how much damage it can do. I am using it sometimes twice a day. Each time i try to come off it my eyes flare up again, like Rachel I get the terrible cycle of red and swollen and then dry and itchy! Iam now at the point where i think coristone has damaged my eylids so much that i cant put another thing on them, i have tried everything like e45 etc, but even vaseline stings them now! This really affects my life so much having a full time job. Make up is imossible as my eyes just look dry and flaky and red through it, my eyes are constantly watering too and i think this is down to them being over sensitive from the coristone cream thinning them? So this is a warning to everyone, please dont use steriod creams on your eyelids!! I have also just purchased cardiospermum online to see if it will help, though i also dont hold out much hope, but ill try anything! And yes people will say that i must stop using the coristone cream, but when you can hardly see out your eyes becasue they are so swollen and sore and itchy you will do anything!! Ok, think im finished! Any new ideas or tips would be much appreciated thanks

This has progressively gotten worse over the years. I lived in California during my younger years and didn't have nearly the issues that I have now in Kansas. I was able to wear eye makeup until recently. Now any time I wear makeup my eyelids and surrounding skin get bright red, swollen, and then dry and flaky for approx. 2 weeks afterwards. The most recent flare up is just now going away and it was almost 2 months ago that I irritated it. Does anyone know of any eye makeup that would be less harmful I am a blonde with blonde eyelashes and I think I look funny without my makeup. Lol! I had been using Physician's formula, but that is not helping. I think I will try to get a couple of the ointments listed on here and see what happens.

Im 21 and have had excema since my early teens on my arms and behind the kneees. then about 6 months ago it developed on my eyes...above and below...people tell me how tired I look and that i look like ive been punched...its so distressing. I havent worn make up in weeks and when i have tried Im paying for it for days! Im so relived that its not just me. Even the red swollen then dry and flaky cycle wriiten so many times on here is spot on. Im using a cream called lamisil and e45 (just the mosturizer not the itch relief cream that burns). drs are useless mine thinks its not that bad because when i get an appointment its not flared up! but it can flare up in hours. Keep thinking i can link it to something but then i'll eat that thing again and no flare up...so fustrating. Just ordered a cream thats been in the papers i think cardiosperum off "the skin shop" not to expensive but im not holding my breath we'll see.

i have eczema under my eyes and have tried everything to get rid of it including steriod creams, e45, calendula salves ect ect, but nothing has worked until i tried mannuka honey.
I take one teaspoon a day either on toast or in porridge and then dab on my eyes at night and leave on and it really works! this is the first time i have been eczema free in over a year, you can buy it in any supermarket but make sure it has a high activity rating ( over 10), as the higher it is the better it works.
It is the way the bees produce the honey that makes it antibacterial.
It honestly works and my eyes were really red, itchy and puffy, i had been to the hospital twice because they were so bad, so give it a try!
Hope this helps!

Try burts bees hand salve around the eyes at night, it makes the skin really supple and has definitely improved the redness and skin quality. Proved much better than all the standard creams like hydrocortisone and diprobase.

hi i have had this now on and off for 10 yrs i am a 50 yr old female i have tried everything but find Hydromol ointment not the cream just the ointment is the best put more on at night as it is a bit thick but it does really help. good luck to all

I have been having problems with my eczema on my eyelids for over 5 years. (I do not have it anywhere else) After years of trying a variety of products I currently use Garnier Skin renew daily anti-fatigue eye cream everyday on my lids, and Aveeno ultra calming daily moisturizer on the rest of my face-so as not to irritate my eyes. On occasion I still get a little irritated, but extra eye cream seems to clear things right back up. I still can't wear makeup-On the special occasions I do, I pay the next few days. I really need under eye concealer for my dark circles, but am scared to try anything. I'd love some suggestions.

I've been experiencing the itchy, puffy, swollen, weepy eyes. I get a red stripe under my eye that puffs up, then goes down and leaves a dry, flaky area. I find I get it around the holidays/winter time. I think I'm allergic to something, probably wheat, white flour etc.
Last week I bought some shampoo called Nizoral, made in Italy, and have found a small relief by washing my eyelids and around the eye with this shampoo. I leave it on for a minute and rinse with cold water. I'm also taking Claritin and Benadryl to try to keep down the swelling. I have to change my diet more drastically I guess. I would love to hear more on this subject. It makes me so sad that so many of us are suffering with this awful thing.
Please email me if you have any suggestions. I will try to find more answers and post them.

Hi me and my son have ezcema and the best product is from honeyderm.com and change your diet no sugars and no white flour and whole wheat.

hi, Im a 17 year old irl who has suffered from eczema on the face.. I have ezcema on the eyelid and under on the right eye.. it's really bad and red and puffy all the time.
I've used creams such as hydrocortisone and eye drops as my eyes are always watery.. and i used to use diprobase.. but recently it's made things worse so i have been using a thicker moisturiser...
is there anything that can sooth the skin and stop it from being itchy all the time?

I strongly recommend everyone with this issue try calendula salve. I have had the same problems, and this all natural ointment works wonders. Gets rid of the itching right away, gets rid of the dryness and flakiness in about a day (two for the under-eye puffiness that sometimes occurs) and when I use it every night after taking off my eye makeup it keeps the eczema at bay. I only flare up now when I wear eye makeup and don't put on the calendula salve. There are a couple of different places online you can order it: look for any with the ingredients- olive oil, organic calendula flowers, bee's butter, mango butter, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, neem oil, Vitamin E oil and essential oils of sweet orange, lemon, & tangerine. I read about it on here and it sure saved me. Thank-you to those who have posted about this ointment before. With all my heart, thank-you.

My 21yr old daughter has had eczema since she was born. The past 3 years have been awful with terrible outbreaks on her face and scalp. She now battles with chronic eye issues - red and itchy, sore, blurred vision, all swollen and crusty in the morning. She rubs them in her sleep which makes matters worse. Over 10 visits to the doctor and 2 specialists this year have not helped. We are going to try Allergy desensitisation now....anyone tried it before?
(she also has hayfever etc)

Ask your GP about Pro Topic. My daughter uses it and it does work!

Hi everyone. I am a 32 year old female and battling with eczema on my face for the last 15 years. DO NOT put any steroids/cortisone cream on your face. I made a mistake by listening to my dermatologist and doing it. Now my skin have fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes, bridge of my nose and forehead. It is due to the steroids thinning my skin out. I've recently found a natural ointment at a natural food store in the city that I lived and just used it for a day now. But there are info on this page if you want to read more about it: emilyskinsoothers.com
Best of luck to you all and i hope this helps.

I have the very same problem and im sorry to say but it is eczema and there is no cure.
You have to be able to manage control it,as the doctor told me pppfttt.
Id suggest an emmollient called "diprobase" or you can use the greasier option of the ointment.

Nicole Hi,
i have exactly the same as you and doctor just says to keep it moisturised. Everything makes it itch except a tube of Simple Eye Ointment which is meant to be used in the eye. I use it on the lid and all around and apply it every time it feels dry. To help me sleep I take an antihistamine pill on occasional nights and that stops the itch. However none of these are a cure just comforting - good luck it's hellish isn't it????

Have you found any relief? I may have an answer. My daughter used to suffer from eczema and I used to have problems with it as well just not as bad as my daughter.
Let me know.

I have been having problems with eczema for the last few months, and about 2 weeks ago, my eyes got really bad. I went to the doc, who diagnosed pink eye and put me on ointement. 5 days later, I went back as I had no improvement. He gave me drops, again no improvement. I looked on the net, and found that it is likely my 'good' friend eczema. I use a over-the-counter cream called Spectro on my eczema, so I took a small amount, and rubbed it into my eyelids, and within 10 minutes got the first signs of relief I have had in more than 2 weeks!
I am not sure how safe Spectro is, but it has sure helped me! I will be looking into how safe it is now that I can see comfortably again. I will post back if for any reason it isn't to be used around the eyes
I should state that it is actually Spectro Kids I am using. Hope this helps, and know that you aren't the only one suffering!
***Spectro says that it is safe on the face, but to avoid contact with the eyes. I use it on the lids, but not IN the eye itself, I think I will call tomorrow to check into this.

I dont know what to do, about a month ago I got very sore, red, itchy flaky eyelids and its spreading under and all around my eyes getting worse. I cant put anything on them and cant even cover it up with makeup. The worse thing is the skin is so dry and tight(and red) and I want to put something on them to soothe, but dont know what as if I put something on them they become itchy? Any suggestions?
Im a 33 yo female.
