I have had eczema for about 20 years on and off throughout my life. it went away for ten years when I was 13 and never had it again until my son was born about three years ago, but this time it only came back on the inside of my arms and around my eyes. Borage oil pills and applying primrose oil topically cured my arms as well as taking omega-3 pills. The biggest problem I have now is the itchy, sore, inflammed skin around my eyes. I pull and scratch my skin on my eyes all day because the itch is so bad, I'm only 22 and it makes my eyes look much older and wrinkly- It is the most sensitive skin and the worst you could do is provoke more wrinkles when scratching. I made some research on the internet and found a good cream containing ingredients that fight inflammation (alpha lipoic acid) due to eczema and free radicals in the skin as well as fight aging and wrinkles with vitamin c-ester and vitamin e which are all necessary to hydrate and moisturize the skin as well as tone the skin. You can find all kinds of these creams from different makers at any food and health stores like Henry's or go to VitaCost.com and look for:Reviva Liopic Acid Vitamin C-Ester and DMAE-IT's only $8 online and there is one especially for the eyes, one for the face and one for the body! Don't use steroid creams it will only thin out your skin. With eczema It is better to cure naturally with vitamins and herbs. Taking Vitamin C and E combined are extremely good for skin with eczema applied topically also helps with the roughness and dryness. I hope this helps!
