:D It is so good to share my eczema food journey with you. Recently a dentist in our church suggested my house-mate and I try to eat more healthy. This greatly appealed to me as I have severe atopic eczema and would love to eat more healthy. We now avoid dairy products and only eat meat in moderation. Tea is good for you, especially green tea. Coffee needs to be reduced and stopped if possible. I will have bother stopping as I love cappuccino coffee when I am in a café. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit so we need to handle our bodies with care. Please tell me what you think of this new adventure in healthy eating.
