Did you have MRI's done on your lower back? If you haven't you really need to see an Orthopedic ctdoor who can check your back and see if there is a fracture, a slipped disc, crushed vertebrae or something else.Sounds like your Parent/Guardian needs to get you a second opinion from another ctdoor and there are lots of good Orthopedic ctdoors who treat the back. You are much to young to be having this problem without there being something wrong that needs to be treated. Please seek help.Try taking a very warm bath with Epsom Salt added to the water as that helps with soreness, strains or sprains. You can buy this at most grocery stores, pharmacy, Wilmar, Kmart. If you don't have any Epsom Salt just try adding about 2 cups of salt to a tub of water and lay back and soak in it.Next eat some cheese and drink some milk as these have magnesium and will help relax your muscles.Today or tonight you can lay flat on your back (no pillow) and bend you knees with your feet flat on the bed now slowly use your hands on each knee to pull them both up to your chest. Now wrap your arms around your knees and hold them against your chest for a few minutes. You should be able to feel your back relaxing and hopefully the pain getting better. Move your knees back slowly to the original position with your feet flat on the bed. Now use your hands and once again pull your legs up to your chest again and hold. (If this exercise bothered you at all the first time then don't do it the second time)When you sleep tonight make sure you put several pillows or quilts, comforters or blankets under your knees and legs to cause your back to flatten against the bed while you sleep. If you don't have anything else you might even use a sofa or chair cushion. Just make sure your back is flat and relaxed in that posture.Hope this helps but you really should get a second opinion.
